The Enclave community has been managed by Wilson Blanchard, a professional property management company, for many years. WB currently manages over 23 million square feet of property, consisting primarily of residential and commercial condominiums.
The property manager take its direction from our Board of Directors, which is made up entirely of unit owners. Any of the 28 property owners may run for election to the Board; directors are elected every year at our Annual General Meeting. There has always been participation on the Board, and drawing on the varied backgrounds and experiences of the owners has been very successful.
Condominium living is well known for rules that might limit the changes you can make to your own unit. At Lambs Court, our Boards have put “Section 98” agreements in place to allow residents far more flexibility than is normally available in a condominium setting. It is a progressive concept designed to make for better living with your neighbours and a better life for each owner.
